Isma’ila M. Zakari, BSc, FCA, FBR, mni (Managing Partner)
A versatile and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant with sufficient working experience in the areas of Auditing and Investigation, Accounting and Management Control Systems, Financial Management, Corporate and Personal Tax Consulting, Banking and Management of small and medium scale manufacturing outfits.
Mr. Zakari is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He had a distinguished career with Sulaimon & Co. (Chartered Accountants), a Member Firm of Nexia International from 1987 to 1992 where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Tax Specialist. He later took up appointment with Meridian Equity Bank of Nigeria Limited where he acquired a working knowledge of Banking and Financial Management, before joining Everest Capital and Consulting Limited as a co-founder and Director. Mr. Zakari, a member of Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, is the Managing Partner in charge of Practice Development and is a specialist Corporate Tax Consultant. Ambassador Shuaibu Ahmed, BSc, FCA, MBA, FCCA, ACTI, AMNIM(Senior Partner)
A Certified Chartered Accountant, Public and Business Administrator, Ambassador Ahmed has over 25 years successful experience providing strategic, fiscal and operations leadership in uniquely challenging situations. Trained with the highly regarded and respected firm of Akintola Williams and Co., Chartered Accountants, a Member Firm of Delloite Touché International and later with Opone Johnson &Co. Chartered Accountants. He has also served in the Public Sector as Special Adviser to the Governor of Bauchi State on Financial Matters (1999–2002), Commissioner of Budget & Planning (2002–2003 & 2003-2006) and Secretary to the State Government of Bauchi State (2006–2007).
Educated at King’s College, Lagos, Ambassador Ahmed graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (B.Sc Accounting) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the same university. He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), and the Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (FCCA). He is also an Alumnus of the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, USA. Ambassador Ahmed has spent most of his working life in the private sector specializing in business set ups and turn around jobs. He returned to professional practice with the firm after serving Bauchi State for eight years. Adetokunbo Tajudeen Oni, BSc, MBA, FCA, CIPA

Mr. Oni is a highly experienced professional accountant in various areas of professional accounting practice.
He has acquired sufficient experience over the years in the areas of Auditing and Investigation, Accounting and Management Control Systems, Financial Management, Corporate and Personal Tax Consulting, Banking and Management of small and medium scale manufacturing outfits.
Mr. Oni is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University and MBA Degree from Bayero University Kano.He had a distinguished career with KPMG AUDIT. (Chartered Accountants), a Member Firm of KPMG International from 1992 to 1998 where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Tax Specialist. He joined Oni Idris and Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 1998 as a partner, a position he held before joining Ahmed Zakari and Co. in 2003. Mr. Oni is the Partner in charge of the Lagos operations. Mr. Oni is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University and MBA Degree from Bayero University Kano. Najib Imam, BSc, MBA, ACA, ADLS, MBCL

Mr. Imam is a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) graduate from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and also an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, an Advanced Diploma in Legal Studies and a Masters in Business and Commercial Law from Bayero University Kano.
Mr. Imam worked with Nigeria Merchant Bank Plc as a Credit Analyst and later Senior Analyst. He later worked with First Ventures Limited, a medium-sized trading company as an Executive Director. Wazir Olukayode Lawal, B.Sc., ACA ( (Partner) Mr. Lawal is a Bachelor of Science (Zoology) graduate from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) and also an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Mr. Lawal Started his accounting career with Idowu Osifodunrin & Co. (Chartered Accountants) (in 1992 and later joined Akintola Williams Deloitte in 1995 where he completed his training as a Chartered Accountant.
