In Ahmed Zakari & Co., corporate finance service is a two dimensional function. There is the Corporate Recovery Service that essentially deals with distressed businesses, wherein we take over the business, as “liquidator” or “receiver” on behalf of an external stakeholder, or we may come in to help implement a turnaround plan.
The other aspect of our corporate finance service deals with looking at ways of raising both short-term and long-term finance for a client.
Our secretarial services include execution of clients’ incorporation instructions and on-going corporate compliance such as filing of annual returns, increase in share capital, maintenance of minutes and other statutory books.
